Unveiling the Vision
Runway 7 prepares to unveil its global spring/summer 2026 collection, showcasing independent labels, established brands, and emerging talents. From September 8 through 13, New York’s Sony Hall will transform into a citywide showcase of ready-to-wear, eveningwear, streetwear, swimwear, couture, bridal, and accessories. The season’s program of global runway presentations unfold through a purpose-led experience and culturally driven collections.

Serving as an international platform for creative voices across the world, this fashion week production company celebrates heritage and shapes the future of fashion. Runway 7’s focus on cultural diversity is reflected in its integration of international designers, media, celebrities, art, and music.
Reflecting Runway 7’s continued evolution as an international fashion platform, the September edition spotlights creative voices from across the globe. This season highlights craftsmanship, culture, and purpose within collections ranging from heritage-led to contemporary designs. With a focus on how fashion and philanthropy intersect, the week-long showcase serves as a meeting point for international fashion, creative exchange, and fundraising initiatives, cementing New York as a major platform for Latin American representation in the fashion industry.

Diane Vara, Director of Public Relations & Marketing at Runway 7 reveals more about the evolution of the runway showcase and what to expect at this year’s New York fashion week:
“Season 11 reflects how far the platform has evolved and the kind of global creative community we continue to build. This September brings together established names and emerging voices with distinct cultural perspectives, while creating space for fashion to intersect with philanthropy, advocacy, and entertainment. It is a season shaped not only by what appears on the runway, but by the stories, identities, and ideas behind it.”
Merging Fashion and Philanthropy
Blending high fashion, philanthropy, and animal advocacy, this season opens with Elysian’s fourth annual CatWalk FurBaby collection. Presented under the theme “Women Inspiring Women,” the initiative-led presentation connects designers, cultural figures, and rescue organizations in support of animal welfare and adoption. Fashion industry pioneer Fern Mallis and journalist and television producer Charli Sebunya receive honours at the showcase. Special guests include Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, Nicole Miller, and Marc Bouwer, along with featured designers such as Victor de Souza, Anne Fontaine, Marc Bouwer Studio, L’Agence x Cate Brown, D’Marsh Couture, Hot Girl Quilting, Mazarura, Bless by Bless, Halyna Shunevych, Any Old Iron, and Magpies & Peacocks.

On September 9, HIV Unwrapped will present a collection utilizing fashion as a vehicle to challenge stigma and expand visibility for HIV research, lived experiences, and community voices. Among the voices shaping the evening’s lineup are BYfeller, Fabro, and Chandra V.
Wearable Art and Formalwear
Moving into one of the season’s strongest evening programs, September 10 features CHICK New York’s presentation. The brand returns with its bold fashion, rooted in a 1980s-inspired vision of ready-to-wear. Veritee Hill also showcases its wearable art collection through sculptural approach. Adding an athleisure perspective into the night is L’Esperance followed by formalwear and couture from Venezuelan designer Alejandro de los Reyes alongside Mr Crazy & Lady Sexy, Áurea Argentina, Dream Dress Bridal, and Amaya Butrón.

On Friday, September 11, Momma Boss Swim returns with confidence-driven swim and resortwear, followed by presentations of eveningwear and occasion dresses from SimAllure Boutique, Andre Soriano, and Shop the Runway. Bringing together returning labels, independent streetwear, and high-profile collaborations, the evening welcomes Grammy-nominated artist and entrepreneur Rick Ross, independent streetwear designer Rye Chasin, and travel and lifestyle brand Bugatti.
A Meaningful Conclusion
The week-long showcase concludes with presentations from Savvi Kids Couture Clothing, BMatchy, The Seen Experience, Paroma Ala Mode, Melanie Parker International, Vaida, and Project Lab Coat. Moving across youth fashion, heritage, philanthropy, and contemporary design, Project Lab Coat’s collection of immersive couture draws inspiration from the theatrical elegance of European cabaret while remaining dedicated to cancer awareness. The brand has partnered with the Prevent Cancer Foundation to create lab coats that represent different forms of cancer and the lives affected by them.
