On September 24, ROOM Women’s Network, in partnership with Andrews, hosted the Fall Fashion Edit at First Canadian Place — an evening celebrating the grand opening of Andrews’ new boutique.

The event brought together ROOM members in an elegant setting to network, explore fall’s essential pieces, and enjoy a sneak preview of Smythe’s Spring 2026 collection.

Fashion expert Marcus Azuolas shared his insights on blending seasonal standouts with wardrobe staples and helped guests curate new pieces to refresh their personal style. His advice demonstrated how a few carefully chosen accents can transform an everyday look into a true fashion statement.

The opening was attended by members of ROOM — a global network of women leaders from diverse industries and sectors. The collaboration between ROOM and Andrews reflected a shared commitment to empowering women, fostering authentic connections, and celebrating confidence through style.

ROOM, a global women’s leadership network with its headquarters in Toronto, partnered with Andrews as part of its mission to support and connect women in senior roles across industries. Known for its innovative approach to networking, ROOM hosted the evening in a relaxed “shop & sip” format, creating a space for natural connection, experience-sharing, and empowerment through style.

This format beautifully merged two powerful ideas — fashion and leadership — both of which inspire confidence and help women realize their full potential.

This collaboration perfectly reflected ROOM’s philosophy: that true networking should feel natural, inclusive, and inspiring.

During the event, Marcus Azuolas presented four looks from Smythe’s latest collection, showing how these pieces transition effortlessly from workday chic to weekend sophistication. Models Kassandra Gray and Elyse Saunders showcased the season’s key outfits: the iconic Duchess Blazer paired with a sleek funnel neck dress, the new Tailored Boyfriend Blazer in check, and the Three-Button Blazer styled with Smythe’s debut denim. The presentation highlighted the brand’s signature craftsmanship, timelessness, and attention to detail.

The story of Andrews began in 1990 with the opening of its first store in Yorkville Village. Built on the principles of service, style, and quality, the brand quickly earned the loyalty of clients through its personalized approach.

Over more than three decades, Andrews has grown to five locations across the GTA, including its concept store in Oakville and the newest flagship at First Canadian Place (100 King St. W).

The defining feature of the new store is its elevated business-casual concept designed for modern women.

Andrews carries over 40 European and Canadian brands, offering a carefully curated selection of modern style and lasting quality. Alongside its new flagship, the company continues to operate several other boutiques across the GTA — each with its own unique character and atmosphere.

As was evident in the room at Andrews, the women leaders are powerful — and for many, fashion goes beyond aesthetics. It’s a celebration of empowerment, connection, and the confidence to inspire change.
