On March 8, 2026, Catalyss Fashion Society (CFS) will host its annual Charity Fashion Show at The Well: Arcadia Earth in Toronto, celebrating International Women’s Day while raising funds for women’s healthcare. This year’s event partners with Women’s Health Collective Canada (WHCC), an organisation dedicated to advancing research, education, and access to women’s healthcare resources across the country.

The partnership with WHCC addresses a critical gap in the Canadian healthcare system. Despite women representing more than half of Canada’s population, only 7% of national funding goes towards women’s health research. Additionally, approximately 70% of Canadian patients with “medically unexplained symptoms” are women, highlighting the urgent need for increased research, education, and resources.

The show will feature a red carpet photo area, live piano and violin performances, and the work of two live painters who will create art throughout the evening. A silent auction will offer exclusive pieces including paintings, handmade bags, and designer dresses, with all proceeds benefiting WHCC.

In 2025, the event attracted over 260 attendees and raised $2,700 for UNICEF, while securing more than $5,000 in product sponsorships.

The 2026 show is more than a fashion event. It’s a statement about the power of community, creativity, and collective action. By partnering with Women’s Health Collective Canada, CFS is joining a mission to strengthen the connection between research and education on women’s healthcare, ensuring that vital issues receive the attention and funding they deserve.

The event will take place on the second floor of Arcadia Earth at 486 Front Street West and will welcome approximately 350 guests. Doors open at 5 p.m., with the runway show beginning immediately. The evening promises an immersive experience that blends fashion, art, and live performance, bringing together designers, models, artists, and creatives from across the Greater Toronto Area.
