Roma Eterea: An Immersive Experience of Italian Couture at Salone delle Colonne in Rome, Italy

This month, the prestigious Salone delle Colonne in Rome, Italy, was transformed into a space of artistry and innovation as it played host to Roma Eterea’s highly anticipated fashion showcase. Debuting on May 9, the event offered a meticulously curated selection of collections, designers, and models. Spearheaded by organizer Alessia La Scala, the venue’s historic grandeur magnified the narrative of each garment while the setting enveloped invited guests into an immersive experience.
The evening was guided by International actor and model Alessio Filippelli, whose hosting ensured a fluid, engaging dialogue between the audience and the runway. Setting the tone for the night, the show opened with a contemporary dance performance choreographed by Cristina Pitrelli, seamlessly combining the worlds of movement, art, and entertainment.
Honour and Evolution
The collections showcased throughout the evening bridged the gap between heritage and avant-garde, paying tribute to classical inspirations while boldly defining a new era of style. FrAnge Couture had the honor of opening the runway, debuting the appropriately named “Unveiling, New Era Collection.” Following FrAnge Couture, designer Bernadet Zalewska captivated attendees with a display of pure artistry, proving that fashion remains a potent vehicle of creativity and expression.

The runway also served as a platform for rising talent within the fashion industry. Emerging brand Sarah Limone debuted a captivating collection rooted in eco-conscious design, utilizing reclaimed materials to critique fast fashion’s environmental toll.
Similarly, Elena Pandolfi’s FocusDressCare pushed boundaries by merging abstract and structured silhouettes. Through vibrant palettes and asymmetrical structures, the collection proved that luxury, identity, and sustainability can coexist seamlessly on the runway.
Metamorphoses and Nocturnal Elegance

Thematic depth continued with Benedetta Graziani’s collection, “Metamorphoses”. Inspired by Ovid’s Metamphorphoses, the garments emphasized the timeless, evolving identity of classical artistry.
Bringing the evening to a dramatic crescendo, Pietro Monterosso closed the runway with his haute couture collection “Nocturna.” The evocative line delivered a powerful finale, leaving the audience spellbound.
